Cooking Guide
For broth: Simmer bones in water with vegetables and aromatics for 12β24 hours. Skim occasionally. Strain and store for use in soups, sauces, or sipping.
For roasting: Bake at 200β―Β°C for 15β20 minutes until marrow is soft and bubbling. Serve warm on toast with herbs or as a decadent side.
Tip: Use roasted bones as a base for ultra-rich stock.
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4 Β°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days or freeze on the day of purchase and follow food safety guidelines.
